Delete your RoomTag account

You can delete your account and everything linked to it at any time. Deleting can’t be undone.

In the app

1. Open RoomTag and tap Account.
2. Tap Delete account… and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email privacy@roomtag.app from the email address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your room photos and redesigned images.
• Your redesign history, usage count, product taps and requests for missing products.

Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days after deletion. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google, not by us. See the privacy policy for details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so cancel yours there: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
